These Terms of Use (CGU) govern access to and use of the Iberiapost service, a parcel forwarding platform from France to Georgia.

By using our service, you unconditionally accept these CGU. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our service.
4. Service description
Iberiapost offers an international forwarding service. We provide a French address for receiving parcels ordered online, then ship them to Georgia at the address provided by the customer.
5. Pricing and payment
Service and shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and category of the product. Payment is made by bank transfer to the provided details. The order is processed after payment is received.
6. Liability
Iberiapost cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs or any force majeure event. The customer is responsible for the compliance of ordered products with Georgian legislation.
7. Prohibited products
Strictly prohibited: weapons, illegal substances, dangerous goods, counterfeits, and any article whose import is prohibited in Georgia. Iberiapost reserves the right to refuse any suspicious parcel.
8. Personal data
The collected data (name, email, address) is used only for processing orders. It is not sold to third parties. In accordance with GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify and delete your data.
9. Applicable law
